The Wireless Advisors LLC is the controller of personal information processed to provide the Service to account holders. When customers use the Service to process information about their applicants and residents, our customer is the controller of that data and we act as a processor on their behalf.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: name, work email, hashed password, property assignment, role.
Applicant & leasing data submitted by customers: applicant name, contact information, unit, lease terms, move-in date, checklist status, concessions, gift card tracking.
Support & communications: messages, feedback, and support requests.
Usage & device data: IP address, browser, device identifiers, log data, and security telemetry.
Cookies: essential cookies for authentication and session management.

Payment and billing information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Information

To create and manage accounts and provide the Service;
To process applicant checklists, welcome letters, and other customer workflows;
To provide customer support;
To secure the Service, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms;
To improve product features and reliability;

4. Legal Bases

Where applicable, we process personal information under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligation.

5. How We Share Information

Service providers / subprocessors: cloud hosting, database, error reporting, and customer support tools.
Payment processor: Stripe, for payment processing, subscription management, tax calculation, and invoicing.
Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and compliance advisors.
Authorities: where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer Data is retained for the life of the customer's account and deleted or anonymized after termination, subject to applicable retention requirements.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and row-level security so that data from one property cannot be accessed by users of another. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on authenticated pages.
