If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

How to Request a Refund

The Wireless Advisors LLC is the seller of record and issues all refunds through our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund:

• Contact us using the form on our homepage with the email address you used at checkout and your property name, and we will process the refund to your original payment method, or
• Reply to any of your Stripe receipts or invoices and we will take it from there.

Renewals & Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges outside the 30-day window are generally non-refundable, but we review requests related to billing errors, duplicate charges, or extended service issues on a case-by-case basis.
