Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Leasing Headquarters, operated by The Wireless Advisors LLC D/B/A LeasingHQ. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service and Master SaaS Subscription Agreement.

1. Lawful leasing use

• Use applicant and resident information only for legitimate leasing, renewal, and property operations purposes.
• Comply with fair housing laws. Do not record, filter, or make decisions based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Comply with consumer reporting and screening laws when using verification results, including adverse action requirements. Leasing Headquarters is not a consumer reporting agency and does not make leasing decisions.
• Provide required privacy notices to applicants and residents whose data you enter.

2. Data you must not upload

• Social Security numbers, government ID images, or driver's license scans.
• Full bank account or payment card numbers.
• Health, medical, or disability records.
• Data you have no lawful basis or authorization to hold.

3. Account and access conduct

• Do not share logins. Each user must have their own account.
• Do not attempt to view properties or records outside your assigned access.
• Remove users promptly when they leave or change roles.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, employer, or authority.

4. Technical restrictions

• No probing, scanning, or attempting to bypass authentication or access controls.
• No malware, injection attempts, or interference with other customers' use.
• No scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or automated load beyond normal use.
• No reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling the Service without written consent.
• No use of integrations or credentials you are not authorized to use, and no violation of a connected platform's own terms.

5. Communications

Welcome letters, notices, and other communications generated with the Service must be accurate, must not be used for unsolicited marketing, and must comply with applicable anti-spam and telemarketing laws.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access where there is a security, legal, or integrity risk. Where practicable, we will contact the account administrator first and give an opportunity to remediate. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination without refund.

7. Reporting

Report suspected abuse or a security concern through the form on our homepage. Security vulnerability reporting guidelines are on our Security Overview.
